Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be:
    • unused and in original condition
    • returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
    • accompanied by proof of purchase/order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • used or damaged products
  • customized or personalized items
  • clearance or sale items
  • gift cards

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number
  • clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
