Returns
- Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be:
- unused and in original condition
- returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- accompanied by proof of purchase/order number
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- used or damaged products
- customized or personalized items
- clearance or sale items
- gift cards
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- order number
- clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
